Q: |
I have plenty of pictures on my website, can Burco use those? |
A: |
Yes and no. Website photos are, by their nature, very small and low-resolution. Most website photos are 72dpi, and Burco prefers to use a minimum of 300dpi, so web photos are generally lower-quality and can print poorly. For more info, please see our Photo Page in the Project Center. |

Q: |
I have my own designer, can I just send my job to you all ready to print? If so, what format do I need to use? |
A: |
Absolutely. But please make sure that your designer uses Burco's Specifications. In the end, you will get a better product with less hassle and worry if you let Burco's professionals handle your job from start to finish. Templates available upon request. |

Q: |
My digital file is too big to e-mail, and there is no time to send a disk. How can I get the file to you quickly? |
A: |
You can upload any file directly to our FTP Server. Contact your sales rep for directions.

Q: |
I have my proof, but I need to talk to someone about the changes, who do I call? |
A: |
Contact your Production Co-ordinator directly. They are specially trained in the graphics end of the process and will able to assist you directly with any technical questions you may have. If you don't know who your Production Co-Ordinator is, contact your Sales Rep and asked to be transferred. |
